Introduction
PDG Shopping Cart is a software product that you can use to provide shopping
cart functionality to your customers and users. With PDG Shopping Cart, your
customers will be able to browse your product selection on multiple pages, select
products to purchase, select options concerning these products, calculate shipping
and handling, and then pay for them all at once over the Internet. A standard,
SSL secured version of PDG Shopping Cart (which also includes a standard license)
is $750 US. You can download a fully functional evaluation version or if you
are already aware of how great this software is, you can get a permanent license.
PDG supports a full customer database, with the ability to save customer preferences
and orders. Version 1.40 features new multi-system functionality. Now multiple
PDG Carts on different machines can communicate with each other. PDG Cart can
switch customers between regular Web servers and SSL Web servers seamlessly.
You can take orders on regular Web servers or SSL Web servers, and have all orders
logged to one place. All new invoice numbers are consistent and sequential, no
matter which Web server is used when the order is placed. Be sure to check out

If you ship via UPS, PDG Shopping Cart is definitely for you! PDG Shopping
Cart can now communicate directly with UPS's Web site to obtain real-time
shipping costs for shipments originating from the U.S. and add them to your
invoice. Now you don't have to guess at shipping costs and hope that there
will be enough to cover your expense. You can ensure that your shipping and
handling charges will be your actual UPS charges. This functionality is now
available in version 1.20 for all supported platforms.
